Cancellations Prior to One Week:

If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

No Refunds After One Week:

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Absences:

No refunds will be issued due to absence. We recommend notifying us in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled session.

Failure:

If a participant fails to meet the course requirement or does not successfully pass the class, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Emergency Absence:

In certain circumstances, such as emergencies, we may consider issuing a refund for cancellations made within the 7-day window. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
